The use of all Bay Primary School technological resources is a privilege, not a right. By using Bay Primary School internet systems and/or devices, the user agrees to follow all guidelines and regulations. Abuse of and/or violations of these guidelines, may result in one or more of the following consequences.
- Written warnings
- Suspension/revocation of computer use
- Suspension/revocation of network access
- Payment for damages or repairs
- School suspension
- School expulsion, and, where applicable,
- Legal action or prosecution by the authorities.

Requirement for The Acceptable Use Policy AUP
The Bay Primary AUP is
reviewed annually by the members
of the Bay Primary School Technology Committee.
Technology users are required to verify that they have read and will abide by
the Acceptable Use Policy annually. Student AUP’s are given to all staff, parents and students at the beginning of the school year. The staff contract for internet use must be
completed and signed before staff member uses the internet. The Student Contracts for Internet Use must be completed and signed
by all students and their parent/guardian after going over the AUP together.
The signed contract must be returned to the school before the student may begin
using the Internet.
